My Everyday Life : Week 7

Last week was a bad week in Singapore – the haze was super terrible and I had red eye, runny nose and rashes. I broke out with rashes on my face and my legs. Everynight, after my shower, I will douse myself with calamine lotion, and we will hide in the bedroom and switch on the air-con at full blast.

Having the haze enveloped Singapore in a smoky, ash-filled, humid blanket and it was terrible.

Other than that, I had a great lunch with my sister after our body combat class last Sunday, a great ramen dinner with some new friends and KW cooked chilli crab!

Please have a good week and enjoy these pictures!

I had tea with soft boiled eggs, after zumba last Saturday.

I had a wonderful lunch with my sister after body combat class on Sunday. We had sandwiches – chicken for her and fish for me.

Read about my sister here and here.

KW had bak kut teh for dinner – pork ribs in hot peppery soup!

I had bacon and egg pasta for lunch one day at Plaza Singapura.

I had lunch at Ember – grilled bacon wrapped scallops

Read about Ember here.

My sister had lunch at Fabulous Baker Boys opposite Liang Court – these cost $22! Very expensive.

She discovered wholesale beer after that while shopping at Liang Court ….

One of my posts this week – don’t give up.

I love my sister but she makes me mad sometimes!

I ate lunch myself with an old magazine on Friday – this was super good homemade chicken soup from the Garden Slug.

Together with Salmon cakes – these were good.

Ham and cheese toast with kaya spread and barley!

Jingle sniffing the flower crabs when we brought them home from the supermarket.

All cleaned and ready for KW to cook

The finished product – super delicious and spicy!
