Hey it is Friday again and welcome to my weekly mini links.
I will be posting 8 mini links throughout the weekend so enjoy them! Please let me know what you think!
I remember studying about cloud formations in secondary school and since then, I have always looked at the sky to see the clouds. And this is always the view… nothing interesting.
The clouds look like these when it is humid and rainy – which is 1% of the time. When it rains in Singapore, it become even more humid than usual.
They look like this when the weather is scorching hot – which is 99% of the time.
So I was super psyched to see these cloud formations on an article this week.
“Regardless of the shape and the looks of the cloud, they’re all made of the same thing – condensed water or ice. When the sun heats the ground, warm air starts to evaporate and rise towards the sky. Once these water vapor particles cluster together, a cloud is formed. If it is being joined by more water crystals and keeps growing, it will eventually reach us on the ground as rain or snow. Otherwise the cloud simply evaporates into the thin air.” (www.boredpanda.com)
Please enjoy this!
