I go for yoga sometimes when I wanna feel bad and lousy about myself – when I walk away feeling like the most inflexible person on earth and my body aches for days after. I cannot even do a downward dog properly so I am hopeless when it comes to other yoga poses.
What can I say? I am a crazy person who likes to spin till I get dizzy, box the air in front of me 3 times a week, like my ex-boss is standing there and recently, I have been shaking my ass off once every week at zumba.
I just cannot do yoga.
Anyone out there who is like me?
